|Recommended: YesLegacy Review Move-In Review — I just moved in and the staff in the leasing office were very warm and welcoming. They were very attentive which made me feel at ease.
Regarding my move-in situation, my unit was very dirty and I spent a whole day cleaning the living area because of large amounts of left dust, cat hair, and foul smell of cat urine and humidity, but my room and bathroom were pretty clean. The mold in the vents is a concern and I did not like this since I struggle with asthma. It also looks like a wasp nest is forming on the corner of the outside, which is concerning.
I am satisfied with my unit position, I asked for specific requirements for my placing and they were very considerate with it. The appliances seem to work fine and the furniture looks almost new.
I hope good things keep happening while I stay in legacy and I'm glad the staff is so nice.

|Recommended: YesSouth Building 114 — Apartment furnishings were nice and clean, some paint splatters and damage from past furniture on the floors. Signs of wear in paint, appliances, etc. but nothing alarming. Some wooden cabinet pieces are missing trim.

|Recommended: YesVery nice and safe — Its a lot safer than most areas and the rooms are large which is great. Parking is pretty hard if you're on the 3rd floor as its the most popular floor to park on. Maintenance team responds fast and the leasing office staff is so kind.
