|Recommended: YesExcellent check in — Checking in was seamless - the staff were very helpful and were ready for all new move-ins. The apartment was very clean. I had an issue with a light that I reported the following day and maintenance came out and repaired it within a couple of hours.

|Recommended: YesMove in — I love the layout of this apartment It’s a beautiful apartment and very quiet. However, I have had issues with roaches in my kitchen. I have seen at least 5 everyday. I went and purchased my own roach traps to try to get rid of them. I also have not been able to move in any of my kitchen supplies due to them. I do not want my food contaminated and therefore have not been able to cook or eat in my apartment. I have request maintenance on my move in day which was Friday the 19th. It is now Tuesday the 23rd and they still have not come to my apartment to spray or treat the roach problem in this apartment. Also, I have had issues with not having easy access for guest parking.

|Recommended: YesInspection — Hi, there are a few problems with my place. There is dirt mold mildew by the window in the common space. The stove top is stained in the kitchen. Last, around the sink in my bathroom, it is stained with two red rings.
