|Recommended: YesExcellent safe and convenient housing for our twin daughters — Management and staff very responsive to maintenance requests, Ashley and her team very friendly and approachable. Covered parking a huge plus. Safe and secure location just steps from campus, and easy access to football on the trail. As a parent I couldn’t be happier with this complex for our daughters and we will renew Thank you Legacy team

|Recommended: YesClean, Quiet, and Friendly — As a college girl who lives with just my dog, I feel safe. Neighbors are friendly and most are by themselves with dogs. Outside is well lit, it’s never dark. Also when I arrived at the apartment some outlets didn’t work but the same day I put in a maintenance request and they fixed it within an hour. Don’t really have any complaints other than the parking issue.

Move-in week we were not towing so you may have seen more cars parking here, now that we have resumed towing you should have no trouble finding a spot.
