|Recommended: YesNice property at a convienant location. — I would tell them if it's just you or one other person, Legacy Student Living is a nice spot. The kitchen is a bit small, but the bedrooms have plenty of space.

|Recommended: YesClean, Comfortable, Safe — I feel so safe living here as a young female student. My apartment is farther away from the main entrances so there is little to no disturbance from other students walking by. Compared to another apartment complex i lived in, Legacy is so clean and the furniture in my apartment looked very new and not as worn in. I love living here, that's why I renewed my lease .

|Recommended: YesMy daughter has lived at Legacy Suites for her last two years and we have felt safe and secure. The garage is fabulous, and we can get guest passes when we visit. Any time she has had a small issue, maintenance or the front desk and less it quickly and efficiently. It is close to campus and amenities, with a very well lit and patrolled university walkway to FSU.

|Recommended: YesVery Responsive to the People That Live Here — The Legacy apartments are a great place to live for students. Being this close to campus and in one of the main parts of Tallahassee allows me to get to locations with ease. This place is definitely the place to live

|Recommended: YesPerfect College Apartment — I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Legacy Suite Apartments. The 1x1 apartment is plenty big enough for me and my dog. The biggest perk for me is being so close to campus My dog especially loves the trail behind the apartments that leads to the stadium. My apartment is newly renovated with updated appliances, but if I do have an issue maintenance responds very quickly and fixes the issue. The office staff are very friendly and are always so nice to me. I feel safe as a female living here as the parking lot is well lit, as well as the hallways. I wish I would have lived here for all of my years at FSU

|Recommended: YesPlenty of space, necessary amenities, zero complaints — It's nice having this much space to spread out and really make my place feel like home. I've used the gym more times than I can count and I am glad to have it on the complex.
