submitted by Rachel T. - |Recommended: YesClose to campus and great maintenance — The office staff are always so nice and maintenance is so quick I entered a request in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. It's so close to campus I could walk to all my classes and it's only a 10 minute walk to Doak on game days. The only bad thing was visitor parking, only 6 spots for hundreds of residents. The resident parking was great though, I could always find a spot to park in.

submitted by Nicholas G. - |Recommended: YesBetter than most — The community certainly has its fair share of flaws but, given its price and location, it’s difficult to beat. The gym is just fine if you’re just an average person. Parking may seem crowded but the complex is close enough to campus and the bus stops that you can survive as a student without even owning a car. The apartments themselves are decent and maintenance is quick to respond to and fix any concerns that you have. The office staff in particular are always friendly and fully capable of helping with any problems that you have.

submitted by Troy W. - |Recommended: YesTHIS PLACE IS GREAT, YOU REALLY FEEL LIKE THE MANAGEMENT HAS YOUR BACK, THE APARTMENTS ARE COZY AND THE BEDROOMS ARE LIKE LUXURY HOTEL ROOMS, VERY FIVE STAR, THE KIDS HERE ARE GREAT, THE AREA FEELS LIKE YOUR LIVING ON CAMPUS INSTEAD OF OFF, I'VE LIVED IN TALLY FOR ONE YEAR NOW AND JUST MOVED TO LEGACY BUT I WISH I FOUND THIS PLACE EARLIER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS IS THE BEST OFF CAMPUS DORM IN TALLAHASSEE BAR NONE.
