|Recommended: YesCozy community — There are several cracks in the apartment, it is also quite pricey for the size, but the staff are friendly and the neighborhood is quiet, plus well kept. Would recommend.

|Recommended: YesMy daughter loves living at Legacy. Her 1x1 is very spacious and clean. Management is top notch - very professional, friendly and helpful. I cannot speak to maintenance because she has never had to request them which says a lot It is in a perfect location with walking g distance to campus, Target, and many other stores and restaurants. Very safe community

|Recommended: YesClean. Safe. Easy parking. Maintenance is responsive and grounds are well maintained. Front office is super helpful. It's walking distance to FSU. Chick-Fil-A is close. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. Great water pressure. Price is reasonable. Zero complaints. I just resigned for next year

|Recommended: YesNeeds restoration on the roof drainage — My Room Was Extremely Thirty It was full of dust. The ceiling was gray, because it of the quantity of dust I have been almost 3 days cleaning.
